Keep your communication short and to the point

Many of us are busy, and perhaps we read our emails on the go. This means that the recipient of your emails most likely doesn’t have time to spend more than a few seconds reading your email.

This means that your subject line, preheader and body text must be short and precise, without too many long, convoluted lines. It must be easy for the recipient to skim the text and respond to your email.

It would be more obvious not to use bullet points, numbering and short paragraphs in order to meet the needs of the recipients.

If you are in doubt whether your email is easy to read, I would recommend sending it to a colleague, a friend or a third party.

5. Test your email on multiple devices

Whether you are adapting your email telegram data for mobile or other devices, you should always test your email. Your test-send function in your email platform is your best friend!

When you send a test to yourself or someone else, you can experience your campaign email or automation in real view. Because even though all email platforms have a preview function, you may find that there is still a difference from preview to real view in the inbox.

It will help you discover errors and layout issues that can affect the user experience for about 80% of your list.

The flow, in its simplest form, involves consumer data your user going through a flow of 1-2 emails. If the user doesn’t interact with those emails, we wave goodbye to them and unsubscribe them from your list.

There’s no reason to have users on your list who never open your emails. For two reasons:

  • You’re probably paying to have them in your email marketing platform.
  • It damages your sender reputation to have users on your list who never open your emails.
