Facebook offers various advertising options. In addition to regular advertisements, sponsored reports and promoted posts, Page Post Ads are the fourth form of list to data advertising. With this form, you can promote messages from your Facebook page as an entrepreneur or marketer. These can be published messages (text, videos, photos, links or polls), but also unpublished messages that do not appear on the page.
Difference with regular message
Unlike a regular post, Page Post Ads that contain a photo, video or link show the first 90 characters of the text. For text posts, these are the first 150 characters. When using images, make sure they are 118*90 pixels in a photo post and 50*50 pixels in posts that contain a link or event promotion. For poll posts, a maximum of three answer options are visible. Page Post Ads appear on the right side of the page. They can also be shown in the (mobile) news feed of fans and their friends.
